A new poll published Thursday found that 72 percent of Trump voters feel that Donald Trump “is a good role model for children.”

However, every other category strongly disagreed with that assessment.

The poll, conducted by Quinnipiac University, did find that 90 percent of voters said it was “important” to them that the commander in chief be someone children can look up to. But only Conservatives thought Trump fit the bill.

99 percent of Democratic voters said the president was not a role model for children, and 71 percent of independent voters.

Quinnipiac’s poll was conducted between Jan. 19-23. It surveyed 1,245 voters across the country over the phone and has a margin of error of 3.3 percentage points.
