David Bowie’s new EP and video “No Plan” released to mark what would have been his 70th birthday.
The single “Lazarus”, the EP as well features tracks recorded for the famous musical with the same name, “No Plan”, and the dark jazz scorched rock of “Killing A Little Time”, ‘Outside’ and the ambient rock melody of “When I Met You”.
These were Bowie’s final ever recordings, recorded at the same time “Blackstar” was recorded for the famous musical “Lazarus”.
Directed by Tom Hingston, the video calls upon the theme of TV screens from “The Man Who Fell To Earth”, with a nod to main character Thomas Newton with the shop name “Newton Electrical”, finishing with dreams of space travel and last salute from David Bowie.
The final days and last few albums of the music icon, a special tribute concert to David Bowie took place at Brixton Academy to mark his birthday, featuring lot’s of special guests as Bowie’s friend and actor Gary Oldman and over 30 musicians that worked with David Bowie throughout his music career.
