Bush had a right he was actually in the military. Obama had a right because he’s not a draft dodger like Trump.
President of the United States is commander in chief of the United States Armed Forces. He’s the highest ranking.

He is the Commander and Chief. He was elected to fill this position when elected as POTUS. You call him a draft dodger but in his current position he is filling a much more dangerous position than he would as a private or whatever status assigned earlier in his life. He is serving now.
